There will be some traffic modifications as Greenville hosts the Little League Softball World Series this year.
Beginning on Sunday, the city will close Elm Street between 10th and 14th streets. The road will be blocked off until the following Sunday.
Greenville Boulevard and 10th Street will be the alternate routes for Elm northbound traffic. From 10th Street, traffic will be diverted to Charles Boulevard and Greenville Boulevard.
The College Hill Drive parking lot, which is close to the intersection of 10th Street and College Hill Drive, will offer free parking for World Series attendees. The Green Mill Run Greenway will be used by the public to get to Elm Street Park from the College Hill parking lot.
