PARIS, FRANCE – Tommy Paul clinched the bronze medal in men’s doubles at the Olympics alongside partner Taylor Fritz. The duo secured their victory over Czech opponents Tommy Machac and Adam Pavlasek with a decisive 6-3, 6-2 win.
Paul, who honed his skills on Greenville’s clay courts before graduating from J.H. Rose High School, contributed to the United States’ second medal of the day. Earlier, Rajeev Ram and Austin Krajicek fell to Australia’s Matt Ebden and John Peers in the gold medal match.
